Challenge.
GettingĀ usersĀ > 65 yrs old to habitually enter their healthĀ vitals, so that their loved ones can stay on top of their well-being.
Solution.
We conceived of a delicate prompting concept which throughout the day would ask them 1 simpleĀ time-contextual question. We also added a Whatsapp-styled messenger to keep all communications inside the app.
